During this audience, HH Princess Lalla Zineb welcomed the social and humanitarian action of the Renault Foundation and its precious contribution to improving the welfare of these children, especially those in vulnerable situations and with disabilities, said a press release from the Moroccan League for Child Protection.
Recalling the role of the League in the promotion of protection and supervision actions for residents of the League's reception centers, located in the various regions of the Kingdom, Her Highness highlighted the efforts by stakeholders and partners in favor of the beneficiaries and their active participation in the implementation of the League's action plan and its social projects, underlined the press release, adding that these projects seek to increase the capacity of the existing facilities and the improvement of the quality of services provided to the targeted population, in accordance with the guidelines of HM King Mohammed VI.
For his part, Nassif lauded the action of the League in the field of protecting and providing care for orphaned kids, while thanking Her Highness for including the Renault Morocco Group in this humanitarian action. The latter is part of its social responsibility, and corporate and sponsorship policy, focused in particular on two central pillars: the inclusion and development of solidarity mobility solutions.
He also underlined that providing two vehicles to the League shows the special interest that the Foundation and the Renault Morocco Group take in social actions carried out by national actors, in favor of childhood in precarious situations.
Before the audience by Her Highness, Marc Nassif and the delegation accompanying him paid a visit to the various departments and reception structures of the Lalla Meriem center, the same source noted.
Nassif's visit to the Lalla Meriem center follows the signing of a partnership agreement between the two parties, in which the Foundation offers the League two transportation vehicles, one of which is dedicated to transporting disabled children.
Under this agreement, the Renault Morocco Foundation and the League undertake to work jointly to guarantee support for aid and solidarity actions aimed at promoting the mobility and welfare of orphaned kids, it concluded.
